Tech Alliance to Design and Build IT Infrastructure for The Greenwich Lane

TECH ALLIANCE ANNOUNCED TODAY THAT THEY WERE SELECTED TO DESIGN AND BUILD THE IT INFRACTRUCTURE FOR RUDIN MANAGEMENT’S GREENWICH LANE RESIDENCES ON THE SITE OF THE FORMER ST. VINCENTS HOSPITAL IN NEW YORK CITY

Tech Alliance announced today that they were selected to design and install a state of the art network infrastructure system in the newly constructed super luxury residential property, located on 155 West 11th St. in Manhattan, New York City. The network infrastructure will utilize a combination of copper and fiber optic cabling being installed by ADCO Electrical Corporation (https://www.adcoonline.com) under general contract with Turner Construction (https://www.turnerconstruction.com).

The network infrastructure will be used to integrate, voice, data, Wi-Fi, CCTV, access control, elevator control, building management, smart energy meters and Internet of Things (IoT) devices. The condominium sales offices, model apartments and connecting interactive audio visual sales systems are also part of the project.

Tech Alliance to Design Coney Island IT Infrastructure

TECH ALLIANCE AND CENTRAL AMUSEMENT INTERNATIONAL ANNOUNCE PLANS FOR STATE OF THE ART FIBER OPTIC NETWORK INFRASTRUCTURE AT CONEY ISLAND'S NEW LUNA PARK AMUSEMENT PARK.

Tech Alliance and Central Amusement International announced today plans for a state of the art fiber optic and wireless network infrastructure at Coney Island's new Luna Park. The network will be used to enable completely cashless proximity card ride access, point of sale purchases and arcade games. The system will enable Luna Park to allow complete public free unrestricted access to the property during operating hours. Customers will then purchase either per ride OR pay one price access at several secure ticket booth locations in the park or on-line. Mobile kiosks, streaming video, CCTV, IP Telephony and other advanced technologies are also planned using the system.

The re-incarnation of Luna Park often referred to as Luna Park 2.0 because of the legendary original which operated on the site from 1903-1944 is part of New York City's $150 Million plus redevelopment of Coney Island and represents the first of three parcels comprising 6.2 acres to be developed by Central Amusements International.

Tech Alliance to help Taj Hotel Group Renovate Pierre Hotel

TECH ALLIANCE AND THE TAJ HOTEL GROUP ANNOUNCE PLANS FOR STATE OF THE ART COMPUTER NETWORK INFRASTRUCTURE AS PART OF THE RENOVATION OF THE PIERRE HOTEL IN NEW YORK CITY.

Tech Alliance and The TAJ Hotel Group announced today plans for a state of the art fiber optic and wired network infrastructure for the upcoming renovation at The New York City landmark hotel. The network infrastructure will be used to carry Video on Demand and interactive television, both wired and wireless Internet access, Local Area Networking, Telephony and CCTV security. The system will enable the complete elimination of all COAX cabling throughout the building as well as bringing high speed 10Gigabit Fiber Optic cabling to all 40 floors.

The renovation of the landmark Pierre Hotel on Central Park and Fifth Avenue, now entering its second phase, will cost an estimated $100 million. All 200 guest rooms, suites and grand suites will be completely rebuilt with all new fixtures, electric service and telecommunications infrastructure.
