On-Staff IT Professionals

Tech Alliance, Inc. currently employs several IT professionals. Tech Alliance Technology Experts are divided into four grades. We have senior engineers, senior technicians, mid-level technicians and entry-level technicians. The following is the classification requirements at each grade.

Senior Engineer: Eight to ten years experience with a minimum of four IT certifications and a proven ability to work in the IT environment.

Senior Technician: Four to five years experience with a minimum of three IT certifications and an additional one IT certification per year for the next 3 years.

Mid-Level Technician: Two to three years experience with at least one IT certification and a requirement for an additional two certifications within the next eighteen months.

Entry-Level Technician: One year experience and acquiring one IT Certification within the next twelve months.

Tech Alliance assures that our technicians comply with the required completion of the additional IT Certifications. We do this by placing all the technicians in IT certification study courses and monitoring their progress. Tech Alliance has also placed monetary incentives to all technical and support staff for completion of required courses of study.
